Description: The Rubber Project for Natives (Getah Untuk Pribumi (GUP))established in Perak involved four native villages (Kampung Orang Asli (KOA)) which benefited 103 participants. The project which started in the middle of 2012 not only opened the eyes of the native population in the surrounding areas but also became a model for five (5) other Plantations of the Native Community under the supervision of the Department of Orang Asli Development (Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli (JAKOA)) Perak. The successful implementation of GUP Perak Project Phase I led to the approval of the GUP Project Phase II in Kg. Sg. Pelantok and Kg. Pisang involving another batch of 50 participants in 2016.
